Georgia Arms is the 5th largest retailer of .223 Ammo in America. (they sell 9 mm, .45, etc) They normally buy spent brass from the US Dept of Defense - 'one time used' shell casings by our Military - from training on Military bases, etc. They buy the brass and then re-load for resale to Law Enforcement, Gun Shops, Gun Clubs, etc. It's really too bad they didn't give us something to do about it!!! Someone to write to...make phone calls etc... Just complaining to the world does little good!!! YES!!! Many of our freedoms are under attack by Congress right now... Organic Farms, Owning Guns and buying bullets, freedom of speech is being severely curtailed...telling the truth can now be called a hate crime!! EPA considering calling the very best natural bactericide and anti virus..a Pesticide!!! So they can control it!! even though it will not kill a single pest!..I've written to them daily, to ask, Name one pest it will kill? and to tell them the world is watching, and will know you are merely sticking up for Big Pharma, your credibility is now at stake...etc. Several other freedoms that I don't remember off hand are also under attack... And he's truly mad that trusts in the promise of a presidential candidate to quell earmarks. The 72-year-old senator who seemed hopelessly 20th century when he confessed during the campaign that he didn't know how to use a computer or send an e-mail has now mastered the latest technology fad, twittering up a twizzard to tweak his former rival. Before the Senate resoundingly defeated a McCain amendment on Tuesday that would have shorn 9,000 earmarks worth $7.7 billion from the $410 billion spending bill, the Arizona senator twittered lists of offensive bipartisan pork, including:
"When do we turn off the spigots?" Senator McCain said in his cri de coeur on the Senate floor. "Haven't we learned anything? Bills like this jeopardize our future." In one of his disturbing spells of passivity, President Obama decided not to fight Congress and live up to his own no-earmark pledge from the campaign. He's been lecturing us on the need to prune away frills while the economy fizzles. He was slated to make a speech on "wasteful spending" on Wednesday. "You know, there are times where you can afford to redecorate your house and there are times where you need to focus on rebuilding its foundation," he said recently about the "hard choices" we must make. Yet he did not ask Congress to sacrifice and make hard choices; he let it do a lot of frivolous redecorating in its budget. He reckons he'll need Congress for more ambitious projects, like health care, and when he goes back to wheedle more bailout billions, given that A.I.G. and G.M. and our other corporate protectorates are burning through our money faster than we can print it and borrow it from the ever-more-alarmed Chinese. Team Obama sounds hollow, chanting that "the status quo is not acceptable," even while conceding that the president is accepting the status quo by signing a budget festooned with pork. Obama spinners insist it was "a leftover budget." But Iraq was leftover, too, and the president's trying to end that. This is the first pork-filled budget from a new president who promised to go through the budget "line by line" and cut pork. On "Face the Nation" on Sunday, Obama's chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, dismissed the bill as "last year's business," because most of it was written last year. But given how angry Americans are, watching their future go up in smoke, the bloated bill counts as this year's business. It includes $38.4 million of earmarks sponsored or co-sponsored by President Obama's labor secretary, Hilda Solis; $109 million Hillary Clinton signed on to; and $31.2 million in earmarks sought by Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood with colleagues. (Even Barack Obama was listed as one of the co-sponsors of a $7.7 million pet project for Tribally Controlled Postsecondary Vocational Institutions until he got his name taken off last week.) And then there are the 16 earmarks worth $8.5 million that Emanuel put into the bill when he was a congressman, including money for streets in Chicago suburbs and a Chicago planetarium. Blame it on the stars, Rahm, or on old business. For example, if every nation is on the same currency, then the country with the best import/export ratio (trade deficit) will be the "richest" country. Therefore, it will drive the poorer countries, like America, which has the worst trade deficit of all the most powerful nations, into a war. Of course China wants a global currency. After all, they have the best trade deficit of the most powerful nations. It will be easy for China, since they have the best economic strategy; don't spend unless you have the money. FOX News and Bloomberg Financial News just reported that tomorrow afternoon (Monday, March 23rd) , Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner is set to release his details of President Obama's new financial plan to deal with toxic assets' (ARM Mortgages and consumer loans in default.)
'Toxic Assets' is a typical Washington politician's way of 'spinning' the truthful description of what they really are; Worthless investments and debts.
This plan is designed to have our U.S. Government buy those 'toxic assets' (loans) at 100% of value (so the financial executives and Wall Street won't suffer any losses) , and then auction those 'toxic assists' to the highest private bidder (at about a 50 to 6%% discount), and then use A-I-G to insure the investments for the Buyers (the banks and Wall Street) with our U.S. Government tax dollars, (a.k.a. Federal funds), so the banks and Wall Street will be' guaranteed' they will not lose any money in the future.
It's a WIN - LOSE deal ! Can you guess who Wins? &n bsp; Of course, you know who Loses !
Now for the best part !
The name they have chosen for this plan is the "Private Investment Guarantee" plan or "P.I.G." as it is now known in Washington, D.C. Are they accidentally showing their 'comtempt' for ordinay American citizens who expect too much of them ?

No one in the White House will explain why Obama would buy, use, and give away expensive foreign-made designer pens' for a 5 minute 'ceremony' when a simple 19-cent ballpoint pens, made in the USA, would be just as sufficient for signing any document.
It's hard to believe that Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner, and the lobbyists, actually chose to use this additional Bank & Wall Street 'Rescue Plan' name for yet another multi-Trillion Dollar 'Give Away' program for their wealthy friends.
If our Federal deficit was not actually spiraling out of total control, this would actually be funny!
The Congressional Budget Office now estimates that when President Obama passes his proposed new budget it will add an additional $ 9.3 Trillion dollars to our Federal deficit between 2009 and 2019! In the past Congress debated spending Billions, and now they pass bills to spend Trillions without even reading them, and just follow the 'lobbyists' instructions !

Authorities say Acar and Bansal, along with others, used a variety of schemes to defraud the D.C. government, including billing the District for inventory that was never delivered and billing "ghost" contract employees who never worked. The alleged scheme involved Acar approving falsified bills and then splitting the money with Bansal - who submitted them - and other vendors, according to charging documents. The FBI worked with another D.C. Office of the CTO employee who was in on the scheme and secretly recorded conversations with Acar and Bansal as part of the investigation. Several other individuals and businesses are involved in the alleged schemes, but an FBI affidavit supporting the arrest warrants only identifies them by their initials. Bansal's company has offices in D.C. and India and received more than $13 million in business with the D.C. government in the past five years, according to court documents. One contract involved providing computer support to the D.C. Department of Motor Vehicles. The company also was given a contract to upgrade the city's human resources computer records and sold virus detection software to the city. In 2008, Bansal received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Association of Indians in America, according to AITC's Web site. Last week, Kundra resigned from his post as D.C. chief technology officer to take a job in the Obama administration as the federal government's chief information officer. White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said the Department of Justice told the White House on Thursday morning of its planned raid. This is serious . . . it is not A Joke ! Even If you dislike attorneys...You will truly benefit knowing ALL of these protective steps ! Read this and make a copy for your files in case you need to refer to it someday. Maybe we should all take some of his advice! A F-500 corporate attorney sent the following message to the employees in his company, after scammers caused him major losses ! 1. Do not sign the back of your credit cards. Instead, print . . . 'PHOTO ID REQUIRED.' 2. When you are writing checks to pay on your credit card accounts, DO NOT put the complete account number on the 'For' line. Instead, just put the last four numbers. The credit card company knows the rest of the number, and anyone who might be handling your check as it passes through all the check processing channels won't have access to it. 3. Put your work phone # on your checks instead of your home phone. If you have a PO Box use that instead of your home address. If you do not have a PO Box, use your work address. Never have your SS#, Driver's Lic #, or phone number, printed on your checks. (DUH!) You can add it if it is necessary. But if you have It printed, anyone can get it. 4. Place the contents of your wallet on a photocopy machine. Do both sides of each license, credit card, etc. You will know what you had in your wallet and all of the account numbers and phone numbers to call and cancel. Keep the photocopy in a safe place. I also carry a photocopy of my passport when I travel either here or abroad. We've all heard horror stories about fraud that's committed on us in stealing a Name, address, Social Security number, credit cards. Before any trip, give this copy to a relative or trusted friend. Inclide a copy of your Passport's I.D. paghe if you are taking your passport with you. (Also, put a copy in your briefcase or purse, so you'll have the info wile away from home, if you do lose somethig.) Unfortunately, I, an attorney, have first hand knowledge because my wallet was stolen last month. Within a week, the thieves ordered an expensive monthly cell phone package, applied for a VISA credit card, had a credit line approved to buy a Gateway computer, received a PIN number from DMV to change my driving record information online, and more. But here's some critical information to limit the damage. in case this happens to you or someone you know: 5. We have been told we should cancel our credit cards immediately. But the key is having the toll free numbers and your card numbers handy so you know whom to call. Keep those where you can find them. 6. File a police report immediately in the jurisdiction where your credit cards, etc., were stolen. This proves to credit providers you were diligent, and this is a first step toward an investigation (if there ever is one). But here's what is perhaps most important of all: (I never even thought to do this.) 7. Call the 3 national credit reporting organizations immediately to place a fraud alert on your name and also call the Social Security fraud line number. I had never heard of doing that until advised by a bank that called to tell me an application for credit was made over the internet in my name. The alert means any company that checks your credit knows your information was stolen, and they have to contact you by phone to authorize new credit. By the time I was advised to do this, almost two weeks after the theft, all the damage had been done. There are records of all the credit checks initiated by the thieves' purchases, none of which I knew about before placing the alert. Since then, no additional damage has been done, and the thieves threw my wallet away this weekend (someone turned it in). It seems to have stopped them dead in their tracks..
