The only problem with it, is some people have been using it to do away with the barking dog next door!, and leaving it in places where traveling cats will find it...I'm not sure it will harm cats, but will definitely kill dogs, with kidney failure.

You bet!!! it does great things for humans...getting rid of harmful bacteria in the mouth, protecting teth and gums..but hell on the kidneys of dogs!!
